Finding time for a little challenge
It has been a long time since I've had the opportunity to enter a pattern challenge. However, a few of the current challenges held by Printed Village really caught my attention...so I decided to find some time to submit my work. The three challenges that I entered are the Black challenge, the Butterfly challenge, and the Gloomy Gardens challenge. Below are the patterns that I submitted. It you like my designs I would really appreciate your vote. Click on the following like to be redirected to my page where you can cast your vote.
Thanks so much for your support!

Butterflies for Lupus Showcase 2015
For the third year now, a fellow designer friend, Dawn Clarkson, has organized a "Butterflies for Lupus Showcase" to help increase awareness about the chronic autoimmune disease Lupus. Lupus can attack your tissues and organs causing a multitude of symptoms. A rash on the cheeks in the form of a butterfly is a common symptom of Lupus, which is the reason Dawn chose the butterfly to showcase. She will feature the butterflies on World Lupus Day, Sunday, May 10th on her blog NiceandFancy.
This year Ruby and I collaborated on our butterfly designs. We both created our own butterflies and then colored them with the same color palette. It was great to do this together and explain to Ruby the reason behind the showcase. Here are our entries for Dawn's "Butterflies for Lupus Showcase".

Flora Glen Collection
Today I finally finished compiling the last of my designs into my new collection. After much thought, I have decided to call my collection Flora Glen. I feel like I put a lot of myself into this collection, and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Please let me know what you think of my collection. Thanks for looking.

Summer inspired designs...
Summer...I LOVE SUMMER!!! These are a couple of designs that were inspired by SUMMER, my local farmer's market, and my own garden. My garden is full of flowers and caterpillars...monarch caterpillars! My kids just love collecting the caterpillars, growing them in to beautiful butterflies, and then releasing them back in to my garden. It is great fun to watch the caterpillars grow and turn in to graceful butterflies!
